Ascent Pathways – A New Ministry

Many of you know that I’m now “retired.” Someone asked me what does that mean? I joked that it means that I was now officially “a nobody.” Seriously, during this new season, I want to be doing the things that matter.

One priority is to help others succeed in their life and ministry. That’s why I’ve started “Ascent Pathways.”

I’m not a mountain climber. In fact, I’m slightly afraid of heights. There is no way you’ll get me on a remote mountain peak. However, I’ve been told that those who have climbed Mount Everest say it is impossible to finish without the help of a Sherpa. A Sherpa is a guide who has one goal and one goal only – to help others successfully climb up and down the mountain.

That’s my goal, to be your “Sherpa” on the path God has for you. I understand the ups and downs of life. I believe I can give others an outside perspective and the needed encouragement in order for them to succeed.

“Ascent Pathways” focuses on three areas of the climb: Coaching, Consulting, and Co-laboring. Here’s the website:

I’d love to talk with you about how I can help you succeed in your ministry. You can email at or schedule an appointment with me!
